rtsp stream extremely laggin

Hi there,

thanks for the hack, but unfortunately for me it's nearly not usable.
The rtsp stream is extremely lagging. Sometimes I get just one picture every few seconds.
I have disabled cloud streaming etc. and tried to reduce FPS to 10. Resolution can't be reduced, cause this will crash the rtsp server.
Wifi connection is also stable, router is located nearby.

Any ideas what's wrong, or do have others the same experience?
