FW 3.4.6_0167 #60
Comments
Reinstall the hack again with the firmware downgraded to version 0.99, but instead of using the current hack version, use version 0.8.5. Verify that the ssh and rtsp connection works (configure it in the midgar.ini file) and then open MiHome and update the firmware. Once the camera has been updated and restarted, connect by ssh and replace the files of version 0.8.5 with those of version 0.8.7 (except midgar.ini). reboot and voilá, it works |
The opposite happened to me. Connecting through ssh stops working after the 3.4.6_0167 firmware upgrade. |
I have been able to upgrade to 0.8.7 but the frame rate is terribly slow. Only getting 0.3 frames per second Another issue I have is once I make a Wi-Fi connection using the Mi Home app, the app no longer sees the device .... there is no way to take ian upgrade via the Mi Home app ....any ideas? |
The latest release (0.8.7) states only that "Upgrading to 158 should be safe now", so I guess 0167 is not supported yet and that explains the issue. |
It is not possible to connect the camera from the Mi home app and the camera is not recording any video after update to the last firmware 3.4.6_0167. It is possible to connect via SSH and the web interface is also working, so the hack is working somehow. But it seems it blocks video recording and the app connecting. Any chance to get a fix? Thanks.
