Document the SDK Evaluation Context #4933

Two of our SDKs (Golang, JS) already employ the single interface with Evaluation Context object introduced in #4413.

We need to

Add the Evaluation Context schema to the docs and reference it in the respective SDK documentation.
Provide usage examples for the basic use cases:
- Set an identifier
- Set trait(s)
- Transient identities and traits
