So, I've determined this issue could be a firmware interpolation issue. If you would be so kind as to test this using 9999mm as the max radius setting and see if the problem goes away.

Hey @FormerLurker sorry for my very very late reply. I lost access to my account and just got it back.
I could not find the old gcode files in my computer so I download the one that I have uploaded here and run it through parameters below
arcwelder.exe -m=9999 -s=1.0 -a=14

I found the 1.1.1 lib generates random small holes during print (may be because extrusion)
While the same does not for 1.1.0 lib.
