About the Project

The aim of this project is to create a data visualization dashboard that effectively presents the cardiotocography dataset from UCI for medical students. With the help of this dashboard they should be able to be more certain in their decisioin for patient monitoring and treatment.

Installation Instructions

  1. Clone the repository: 
    git clone https://github.com/Fr3m3l1/POSDV_Streamlit
  2. Install dependencies using conda: 
    conda install --file requirements.txt
  3. Navigate to dashboard: 
    streamlit run dashboard.py
