Add Person.alive Boolean that is set by user (perhaps with initial value set by probably_alive). This is needed to know quickly whether a Person can be viewed. Other objects will also need to be marked if they are connected to a living Person.

Need to make sure that:

  1. can import Gramps JSON
  2. can export Gramps XML

Shouldn't be an issue to just add it.
