How to remove this border on the side? It seems to be something of the theme. I found a way to "remove" it but this causes the buttons above (back, forward, reload) to be cut off. I tried for a few hours to resolve this on my own but unfortunately I couldn't, if you could help me I would be very grateful. Thanks.

hi, be sure you have active the right preferences in about:config page, maybe you have active the sidebar-on-right preference and that's wrong, I saw in your screenshots you have 2 bars, 1 for the close button and other for back-forward..., and I don't have it that way.

Hello, I discovered that the problem is the config "floorp.browser.sidebar2.addons.enabled" = true. This would be to enable extensions in the sidebar as well. I was mainly using it to utilize Dark Reader. Can you tell me if there is any solution for this? And how did you leave your translate in dark mode? Thanks!

I use this extension: dark-background-light-text, and I didn't active any preference for the extension works on the sidebar. As you can see in my screenshot I opened the translate sidebar from the icon site in my froorp bar, maybe you are using a different mode?

I think I'm using it the same way as you. The extension you use for some reason works without the setting being enabled. But Dark Reader doesn't work, and I believe I wouldn't be able to use uBlock Origin, for example.

I use ublock and in the sites I used in the sidebar works flawless.

I noticed that when opening YouTube in a common tab, adblock starts working in the sidebar. But if I open it only from the sidebar it won't work. But that's ok because at least there's a way to use it. Could you try Dark Reader please? I don't think there will be a way to use it without that option being activated.

I don't use dark reader cause is to heavy and all my browser experience becomes awful, sad to hear that that preference in about:config affects the theme in a bad way.

I understand, I didn't know much about the extension you use, this will encourage me to switch to it and try to get used to it. Dark Reader actually feels heavier. Anyway, at least I managed to discover a dark mode that works without that option being activated. Thank you very much for your help and attention.
