Not able to load any information in Kancolle Viewer

Hi,

I'm experiencing this issue for a pretty long time when I upgrade my Kancolle viewer to version 4. See attachment for more info. I was waiting for a patch to resolve this problem but it doesn't seem like anybody has reported the issue so far. Interestingly I had no such issues when using version 3.8.1.
I have already tried to clear out my cache but it doesn't help too much.

Maybe some of plugins makes a craft, show you plugin list please.
