Have appropriate placeholders for Institute details to help to users know what should be written.

For example: In field Aided: What is generally written? should write that in placeholder.

I too believe, it needs a little push on the design side (user interface). Maybe using some front-end framework would ease up the job.

Can be part of this issue: #7

Yes. Definitely. But, functionality first, design afterward.
