Add support for community gardens #1451

I'm thinking even home gardens have more than one person often who can tend to it. Sharing passwords is one way, but instead we can allow all gardens to have more than one member. |

A lot of my community would benefit from sharing data about their plantings, harvests and more via growstuff
So that they can collaborate electronically as they do at the garden itself.
