Not an issue. All config files are symlinked to always have latest config when updating script. |

OK, acccepted. But what do I need to do, when I want to modify the one of the scripts? All other .cfg files can be edited with the fluidd GUI editor. I helped myself by using vi to edit them. That worked, but it was a pain in the a*s. Do you have any suggestions on how to do it right? |

You just need to duplicate config file and include it in printer.cfg. it’s more easy to use symlinked files to keep up to date files when updating script to avoir tu uninstall and reinstall feature everytime |

The helper scripts are all write protected. The helper scripts cannot be changed via fluidd's built-in GUI editor.
If for example the M600 script is to be modified, it must be edited via PuTTy as root with the vi editor.
I followed the instructions found in https://guilouz.github.io/Creality-K1-Series/helper-script/helper-script-installation/. Afterwards, I enabled M600 and buzzer support.
