Ender 3 V3 KE webcam problem

So i've been trying to get my webcam to work with timelapse and hyperlapse but there is something that doesn't add up. Everything seems to be like it should be according the instructions and quides that i've searched for but still it won't work. Probably i have missed something simple but can't figure out what it is. I can see the webcam stream on mainsail interface as also in octoapp. So where can i start searching the answer, whats the main parts in config files that needs to be there, do i need to do something else via SSH than run the basic installers? And yeah, does it matter if timelapse.cfg is in helper-script folder?
