INPUT_SHAPER_CALIBRATION does not work.

Hi!
After updating my K1 to 1.3.3.8 I had to reinstall Helper Script and what comes with it. Now when running INPUT_SHAPER_CALIBRATION the process reaches 133Hz, re-enables input shaper and causes Klipper to shut down with following errors in the console:
