Toolhead buttons disappearing

Hello community, first and foremost thanks for all the help everyone shares here and the developer of the script but I am noticing a very odd issue with my toolhead buttons, they seem to disappear after a single print and not sure what to do to correct this issue. Please see the image:

If you're using Mainsail and have upgraded to the latest version of Mainsail, it does not work with the version of Klipper that Creality is using. You'll need to downgrade for it to work again.

Is the only option downgrading? Would it be possible to use the latest Mainsail version with the V3 KE?

Let me get this straight, you're recommending to downgrade Mainsail, correct? Is that possible with the Helper Script?

E: I re-read everything and now I understand what you meant but I am with @Schulli73 where does one get it to perform the downgrade?

For anyone who may be running into this, I have been using G28 in mainsail to handle home all axis. The button is nice but it is not stopping any prints from happening.

Remove the Creality interface and they come back.

I already had Creality Web Interface removed, I restored it, and removed it again but still don't have the buttons as you mentioned.

This is what I have on my K1. I did get the buttons back when I removed the creality web interface.

I did all that and the home buttons do not appear. I have a workaround for the time being. I'll consider a factory reset and starting with a fresh reinstall.
