Hi,

while playing around with the automation API I encountered this bug:
Updating an app seemingly works (Extension list says its installed) but when requesting the extensionDeploymentStatus it returns Failed.
This only happens in multitenant containers, tested it with BC18 and BC19 onPrem and Sandbox.

Indeed - this doesn't work in MT environments.
We'll see what we can do..
