drawText works perfectly for non-Form Text, but I also need to Set / Remove non-Form Text ?

Hello, drawText is easy and works perfectly for non-Form Text, but I also need to Set / Remove -- non-Form -- Text ?
I would love to be able to remove certain Text from PDFs, but am unfortunately unable to find any obvious way to do this with the library.

PS Thanks for a killer library that is better and more intuitive than Adobe's own APIs (for which you need an MS Word Template ...) !
