Add item to the toolbar in the data options

@Fidel365 Here is the current toolbar:

There is an option Swap Data and Metadata in the View menu and also in the toolbar in the metadata icon.

a) Please could you delete it from there and move it into the Data icon, shown above. It goes above the R Data Viewer option. Call it now Swap With Column Metadata.

b) Below this add a similar Swap With Data Frame Metadata.

c) Make a small change in the View Menu, namely the Option Swap Data and Metadata becomes Swap Data & Column Metadata.

d) Add a new item just beneath: Swap Data & Data Frame Metadata. That does just the same as the item in the toolbar.

e) The Row right-click there needs to be consistent with the Data Frame Right-click in the Column Metadata and Data windows. But check before deleting the View Data Frame, that the toolbar copy is able to reflect the active row (data frame). Otherwise keep it here.

f) If you have to keep it here, then make sure it remains on top, as you did for the toolbar View. And then I am afraid you should re-instate it on the Column Metadata, and then probably also in the ordinary Data view!

g) One problem with these two swaps is is when there is no data. So from the initial front screen. Then the Swap Data and Log/Script works fine, but these are odd. I suggest they should be disabled, both in the toolbar and in the View menu, unless there is at least one data frame.
