Subscribing to releases

I am aware of https://infisical.com/docs/changelog, yet it is a plain website which I can't subscribe to for updates. The repo here only releases the CLI and it's changes.

Is there another way to (easily) get notified about updates?
(As a user, I'd be happy if the releases and its changelog would also be happening on GitHub.)
