So the idea of providing a template is very good but I kinda dislike the fact that uv is hard coded.
We could simply provide a requirements.txt or similar so were free to use whatever we want.
I think most people still use pipenv, so we should leave this open and then one can work with whatever works for one respected.

Uv follows the pyproject.toml standards, so the current setup (except the lock file) can be used with other tools as well (but not poetry or pipenv, which have their own format).
I will add a comment which tools would work.
