-p on the //setbiome command is not working. When used it returns "Make a region selection first". #3020

Describe the bug

When using the command //setbiome badlands -p this error message is returned "Make a region selection first".
Expected behaviour is as per FAWE documentation it would "-p use the block you are currently in".

To Reproduce

Use the //setbiome command with the -p syntax at the end.

Expected behaviour

Biome to be changed in the area the player is stood. This has worked previousy.

This seems to be a limitation with the current confirmation logic.
