Register our OAI-PMH endpoint with BASE

I thought we had a ticket for that already, but cannot find it right now.

In any case, the registration involves filling in the form at https://www.base-search.net/about/en/suggest_form.php?mainpage=suggest.php , which I just did.

Now let's see what the next steps are and use this ticket to track progress until our endpoint is properly registered with BASE.
