To export all settings the sync folder needs to be set correctly. Ideally this should be set by default

To fix

$ chmod 777 -R /var/www/drupal/config/sync

* Move to using SAML 2 urns for attribute requests, and map all attributes to friendly names.

* Use latest snap.

* Use corrected idp image.

* Increase test timeout.

* Additional test which verifies the expected attributes on the SimpleSAMLphp whoami page.
