add front-end code

It would be useful to store the front-end code here, for preservation and to allow for pull requests. Deployment documentation should also be included.

It should be a separate repo, because it encompasses a lot of other things not directly related to groovy code producing graphs. I'll work on it.

#71 will eventually produce some timeline hipo files based on some low-statistics sample data; it would be great if we can deploy these to Github Pages so one can view the sample timelines.
