Could there be an option to choose what to lazyload?

Since we installed the plugin, we've seen good results on TTI speeds and all, but we've also seen a great decrease in comments number... We think it might have to to with the fact that most people with bad internet (or on mobile) won't wait fot the comments section to load and will either not know they can comment or give up on commenting. I wish there was an option to only lazyload the comments list, but not the comment box and also have the option to show the first 1-3 comments and only lazyload the rest.
