Describe the bug

A graphical glitch occurs after some number of episodes.

Reproduction Script

Can't reproduce at the moment.

Expected behavior

No graphical glitches lol.

can you please tell me how i can get this value

env.spec.max_episode_steps

because in your mario game i am able to get this value
but no value in tetris
