Kerbalism 3.x is known to have compatibility issues with these two mod packs. So much so that using them with Kerbalism is not recommended by the author(s). There are currently mods to help it work better with NF/FFT, but they still have issues working together.

Kerbalism will never be compatible with KSPIE. There are way too many overlapping/conflicting on the resource processing / management features, not to mention that Kerbalism has a "current/near future technology" scope that fundamentally doesn't integrate well with KSPIE.

As for NFE/NFP/FFT/SystemHeat, there is also an unsolvable conflict with the way Kerbalism implement resource / EC management. The compatibility plan for those mods is to reimplement the various features (nuclear reactors, heat management) for all those parts, not to provide a compatibility layer that will never integrate well.

This being said, nobody is actively developing Kerbalism 4 (or 3.x for that matter), so don't hold your breath.
