[Feature Request] Polkadot Nominations Filters/Sorting

It would be very useful to be able to filter and sort potential validators during nomation.

In particular:

• It would be useful to hide Validators taking 100% commission (or perhaps hide those taking commission above a threshold set by the user), or those which are currently oversubscribed.
• It would be useful to sort validators by commission, or by the number of current nominators.
