The action we currently use seems to be unmaintained, since I opened an issue in August regarding a blocker for us preventing versioning to show up in release builds in Refresh and there hasn't been any movement. dawidd6/action-download-artifact#245

We can probably write a simpler action to do what we need.

We resolved this by rewriting this workflow.
