I was trying the tool on windows and it didn't work. The library assumes that the path is a linux path and it appends a forward slash to the entered path so Windows paths are not working. Check the file RdfUpload.java "line 27"
Another thing, it doesn't produce any message in this case while I should some warning or error in the output.
