Publishing Workflows as BioCompute Objects

  • one small part missing would be that you may want to inform the user that they must be logged in and save the workflow in order for the BCO export to be available. - Giacomo

  • One small thing is the size of the figures in the user guide especially in the How should a user use it? Section. - Giacomo

  • Small typo in the last section “How to use BCO portal?” → If prefers to create and publish BCOs via API endpoints - Giacomo
