Description:
When trying to resolve an AnnData matrix with multiple conditions (Ex: LPS treatments at 3 different timepoints), it does not allow these sort of multivariate comparisons.

At least for now, if you explicitly use "Manual Label" you can perform differential expression between two groups at a time. We will consider this issue a feature request for more differential expression across more than two groups at once.
