Description:

I am trying to find a way to connect multiple data types. For example, I have taken the RNA seq portion as far as the workflow builder allows. (counts, metadata, Limma-Voom, pathway enrichment, scored genes). I am now seeking a way to input either a list of gene names (pertinent to gylcans) and or a list of glycans and assess the cross sections between the 2 datasets. I am noticing that there is really no type of comparison functions between different layers.
