Gene Identifier Standardization

Thought it to standardize genes to official NCBI symbols on all inputs -- for now Human but in the future probably the user would select the organism from the NCBI list of organisms and then we'd use their tables to map official genes.

The most pressing places to do this are:

• gene count matrix upload
• gene term input
• gene set input

This would fix #237 which has no results because the genes are not normalized.
