HI.
First of all, congratulations on the excellent work you are doing! I am reaching out because I am having some difficulty in PB using an "Enrich Term Search Result", effectively. While the GMT data obtained can be downloaded, I am not cable to either visualize them and use them in PB to "extend". Could you please suggest me what I am doing wrong?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @GDTV65 , without seeing your workflow it's a bit difficult for me to understand what trouble your having. Some possibilities I suspect:

  • your term search yielded no results giving you an empty gene set
  • your term search yielded only a single gene set, visualization of which isn't really applicable

Often you'd build a workflow producing a GMT by multiple paths after which the concatenated GMT can be visualized. I hope this helps.

Also a heads up that the Enrichr support is being expanded pretty soon, in the current version of the site, these two results would have been just one result.

... not allowing you to visualize the two of them together.
