See linked issue. Use the commands as a starting point. For each command:

  1. Define its functionality (what it is supposed to do), arguments, options
  2. Find the needed endpoints from the Blackboard Learn REST API
  3. Create the service methods that fetch and, if necessary, process the data from the API.
  4. Make the commands call the correct service method
