Option to download tarballs?

Hi,
I was wondering if it would be possible to add an option to download tarballs for a given arXiv code?

e.g.,

getpaper [-h] [-v] [-p] [-s] [-d DOWNLOAD_DIR] [-n N_THREADS] urls [urls ...]

where the new flag -s would request that it download the source tarball (i.e., https://arxiv.org/e-print/{url}), then add a .tar.gz extension to the file, and then extract it to a subfolder (by calling tar).

Hi Miles, it sounds like a good idea, would you be interested in making this change and submitting a PR? If not, I will add it sometime.
