according to http://www.gios.gov.pl/pl/aktualnosci/294-normy-dla-pylow-drobnych-w-polsce:

W Polsce normy dla pyłów drobnych PM10 są ustalone na trzech poziomach:

    poziom dopuszczalny 50 µg/m3 (dobowy)
    poziom informowania 200 µg/m3 (dobowy)
    poziom alarmowy 300 µg/m3 (dobowy)

for PM2.5 I can't find a daily limit regulation, just the fact that the yearly average should be 25 µg/m3

I fetched 2016-2019 pollution data via wios client and put them into tabular form (where epoch is the table key), will add PM10 levels as separate boolean columns - whether particular level was reached. I will also try to do some digging on my own regarding PM2.5 levels.
