[Bug]: Comment/Post age incorrect #1105

I have verified that another issue for this is not open, or it has been closed and has not been fixed.

Minimal reproducible example

The age of a comment, or post often appears as “5h” or so, even when a comment is minutes or even seconds old.

Expected Behavior

Comments should show an abstracted, but accurate age.

Also the iOS version selector in the bug submission form is out of date. (Goes up to 17, I’m on 18)
