Currently, there are blocks in regions that do not exist in the theme. This is leading to missing items of utmost importance like the User account menu and Status messages blocks.

The following regions are missing:
Secondary menu
Highlighted
Featured top
Breadcrumb
Sidebar first
Sidebar second
