需求是，有多个产品线，但是生成Token 走同一个服务生成，统一鉴权暂时未实现，想通过网关来做，目前调研Apisix 插件好像不能通过指定服务生成token和鉴权，只能通过指定路由或者网关来实现，没有插件直接使用
