I found some AHK library that did this a long time ago, and wrote a simple app for loading a static PNG file. Unfortunately my brain can't handle AHK for some reason. Too much training in formal computer languages maybe, IDK.
Ideally, it would be great to load .GIF 1-bit transparency and and .APNG 8-bit blending. If you move the image in QPV, it should blend with different background pixels. Does that feature already exist? If not, could I request it? :)
