Incompatibility with Ice And Fire Mod, and minecraft's vanilla phantoms, 1.19.2. #517

As the name suggests, there seems to be some incompatibility with the aforementioned mod, and minecraft's vanilla phantoms. When firing a weapon at Dragons, Cyclopses, Amphitheres, Sea Serpents, or vanilla Phantoms, there is an incredible delay between landing or missing the target, and the fired projectile from the gun (any gun). This strangely seems to only happen at random, and isn't replicatable with every single individual mob. Some will be hit normally without a delay or the server lagging (running behind on ticks). What the exact cause of it is, I haven't yet figured out, despite trying to test it with only Crayfish's Gun Mod and Vanilla phantoms to see if another mod has caused it.
