Is it possible to add tabs in the workbench for other weapons/items?

In general, I'm just interested.
Is it possible to add new tabs for other weapons/items using Datapacks in the Workbench?
Also, can existing tabs be changed using Datapacks?
Examples:
Pistol and Machine Gun - Level 1 tab.
Shotgun - Level 2 tab.
Assault Rifle and Rifle - Level 3 tab.
Etc...
Is it possible to do this, or are there similar mods that add a similar workbench?
