Adding more friendly, consistent names

It might be worth manually going through and creating a dictionary between the ticket type descriptors and some more human-readable names (with descriptions).

For example, Recology_Overflowing could be, at least, mapped to Recology - Overflowing, but it would also be worth having a description of what that sort of ticket actually entails -- I'm not sure what is overflowing, exactly!

This would require a bit of manual work, but it could make the presentation nicer.
