Acceptance Criteria

Given a label developed with IM v1.22.0.0+
When I perform DOI create function
Then I expect the DOI will be created with the appropriate metadata extracted.

⚙️ Engineering Details

Currently the DOI Service uses <author_list> and <editor_list> to capture this metadata. This new requirement is requesting we now support the parsing of the newly created List_Author, List_Contributor, and List_Editor and map those to the DataCite schema
