Numerous issues reports regarding harvest performance on larger data sets.

📆 11/2024 status: Awaiting response from AWS on increasing refresh window for AOSS. No impact on other tasks, and issue identified is intermittent, so not critical to have fixed right now.

📆 12/2024 status: Delayed an additional sprint awaiting AWS feedback. No additional impact identified. Low risk issue remains.
