      <p class="thdc-font-lead">The Temperate Horticulture Development Center in Mustang is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment to everyone who enters our doors. To ensure this, we ask that you abide by these visitor guidelines:</p>
      <h3>Dear Visitor,</h3>
        <br /> We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Temperate Horticulture Development Center in Mustang. To ensure a pleasant and successful trip through our center, kindly adhere to the rules and regulations. Transgression of the rules and regulations, as summarized below, may result in prosecution and or penalties.</p>
      <p class="thdc-font-lead">PLEASE LEAVE NOTHING BUT FOOTPRINTS AND TAKE NOTHING WITH YOU BUT PICTURES AND WONDERFUL MEMORIES.</p>
      <h3>1. PERMISSION & IDENTIFICATION</h3>
        <br> Please ensure that acceptable means of identification (such as citizenship certificate, driving license or any other relevant document that reveals ones identity) are taken along when visiting center. Visitors must remain on the designated tracks at all the time and note that entering administration and residential blocks without permission is a serious offense;
      </p>
      <h3>2. BEHAVIOR</h3>
        <br> Everyone, whether employees and visitors are expected to treat one another with courtesy and respect, without harassment, or physical or verbal abuse. Behaving in an offensive, improper, indecent or disorderly manner including playing of musical system or instrument, or in any manner likely to disturb other person is strictly prohibited. The hindering, intimidating or obstructing of an authorized official in the execution of his/her duties or performance of his/her functions will not be tolerated and is subject to penalty. Violation, refusal or failure to obey or comply with any prohibition, request or instruction imposed by these regulations or by the management authority or authorized official will result in prosecution; </p>
      <h3>3. FLORA & FAUNA</h3>
        <br> All the plants inside the center are protected. This means that it is forbidden to pick flowers and apples, climb or rip off tree branches and dig up roots and bulbs. No plant, animal, or any natural or cultural items may be removed from the block without permission and is considered as a serious offense. Fields within the cultivation zone are not to be walked on; </p>
      <h3>4. PHOTOGRAPHY</h3>
        <br> Photographic parties are required to adhere to all the above demands. Note that <b>COMMERCIAL photography</b> is only allowed with a valid permit from the chief of the center; </p>
      <h3>5. CHILDREN</h3>
        <br> For safety reasons parents/guardians should look after their young ones at all the time and will be held responsible for their acts;
      </p>
      <h3>6. LITTER-FREE ZONE</h3>
        <br> Littering is prohibited. Deposit or leaving of any litter except in receptacles for that purpose is not tolerable; </p>
      <h3>7. VEHICLE RESTRICTION</h3>
        <br> No type of vehicles are allowed to enter the center; </p>
      <h3>8. ADHERE TO THE GATE TIMES</h3>
        <br> Gate times must be strictly adhered to. Please take note of the different times that apply at gates. Visitors must plan their travelling thoroughly and make adequate provision for contingencies. Before/after hour visiting requires prior information and special permission; </p>
      <h3>9. FIRE HAZARD</h3>
        <br> Starting or causing of any fire, whether it be intentional or unintentional is strictly prohibited and will result in summons being issued; </p>
      <h3>10. ALCOHOL, DRUGS & SMOKING</h3>
        <br> Consumption of the alcohol, use of the drugs and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the center premises;
      </p>
      <h3>11. DECLARE FIREARMS</h3>
        <br> All firearms/dangerous weapons of any sort, any explosive, trap or poison are not allowed within the center premises;
      </p>
      <h3>Enactment</h3>
        <br> If somebody requests that you stop a certain behavior (even if said behavior is not explicitly covered in this document), you are expected to comply immediately. Don't get defensive; even if you didn't intend to offend, accept responsibility, consider apologizing, and work with the other party to fix the situation. A mistake is a chance to learn and/or teach. Use the opportunity to better yourself. Enforcement of the Code of Conduct is essential. If there is no enforcement, then the Code of Conduct becomes a feel-good document without value. Individuals should feel empowered to call out violations publicly or privately. </p>
