Highlight Duplicate Context-Features in the Unlimited Vocabulary Results

It can be confusing when you see results which you've already added into the workspace.
A simple fix can be to highlight these (in a positive or neutral color, like green) to indicate they are already in your workspace, you don't have to worry about them.
