This is a combination of 2 issues

  1. Currently the launch script doesn't verify if rabbitmq and make exists before installing them, this leads to unnecessary delay while launching.

  2. Ollama.service is currently using /usr/bin/ollama serve as ExecStart path which is not always true for various linux distros.
