Output intermediate results for sub-modules

When running an orchestrator module such as multi-agent chat, it used to output the intermediate conversation results after each agent module produces an output. This is no longer the case.

I'm not sure if the issue is in node, naptha-sdk or both.

we decided not to log intermediate results during orchestrator run to the db. Perhaps we would need to log them to the db if we want the intermediate results I think.
